My dad emailed this note to me today. As a Vassar grad, I found it very amusing. Tell me, what does your college smell like?
----------------
On NPR yesterday they asked newly graduated college students to describe a scent (if it were to be a cologne or perfume) that characterized their school. Two Vassar grads stated:
- Infrequently washed students
- Fresh mowed grass because of the many lawns
- Tobacco from the hipsters rolling their own cigarettes
- And (pause as they think) …. Oh yeah, pot because all the Vassar students use drugs.
Nice plug for Vassar. All the parents of prospective applicants cross Vassar off their list, all the prospective applicants add it!
