I've had to take a little break from blogging lately due to a much needed vacation in Paris and Barcelona (it was soooo amazing--more on that soon). Then my computer keyboard decided to go on the fritz. After I cleaned it this weekend (admittedly without turning it off first...lesson learned), the speech voiceover turned on and HAL began explaining in mind-numbing detail every email in the inbox and every document on the desktop driving us completely batty. When I finally figured out how to turn it off, I accidentally hit some setting that resulted in the keyboard not working at all. Then after buying a new keyboard, I figured out which setting needed to be turned off so that it works again.
Anyway, all that to say I've been totally lax after returning from holiday and figure to be back in the swing of things again shortly. Til then, enjoy this amazing video of Ukraine's Got Talent contestant, Kseniya Simonova, dramatically sand painting the German invasion of Ukraine in WWII. I promise you have not seen anything like it.
Thanks to my mum for emailing it to me. Note: The video is 8 minutes long.
